The fabric is a drapey poly-lycra knit - I normally wouldn't choose a poly knit but was looking for a fabric with a little bit of red to match my capris...
Alterations - shortened above the bust-point; shortened at the waist (I didn't want it quite as long) and went out two sizes for the hips (as my hips are still 2 sizes larger than my bust)
