WIP Wednesday --- a little progress....

Linking up with WIP Wednesdays....

So today was spent finishing some hand sewing with my mom....  This stack is nearly complete!  Thanks MOM!

And working on my 11yo's Hallowe'en costume.... A girl guide cookie!
This is a STASH project.... The brown fleece was probably given to me by my MIL.  The blue fabric on the bottom is also fleece, and is also from my MIL.   And I added some poly batting for the trapunto.   It has been removed from the longarm frame and has the backing now cut out and shoulder straps are pinned on.  Tomorrow it becomes a cookie!

It will be worn for cookie sales on Saturday, Girl Guides on Monday, Sparks on Wednesday and Hallowe'en on Friday!!!!
And it will be a great resource for years to come!

And this week my son decided to do a little mending.... all on his own.   Pulling down the hem on his PJ pants....  :)

He actually finished, but I had to share.... he put the seam ripper away once finished too!
