Digitzing stitchouts....

With lots of gifts required this month, I thought I'd do some embroidery. While I was sewing my capris, my embroidery machine was stitching away....I also worked on 2 more card holder/wallets for teacher gifts, they still need top-stitching...

I'm making a quilt for a friend who is adopting a 5yo... I digitized some colouring sheets of airplanes, biplanes, helicopters and other things that fly...I'm going to do a serger quick quilt with polar fleece on one side, blue fabric with flight embroidery and then bind in a airplane print.

I fixed up the embroidery files and tried another stitch out. I like it better. Now its time to finish the project.

A co-worker of my husband just had a baby girl. I'm making a blanket and thought I'd add a teddy bear to the striped side. The stripe fabric is a knit terry and it embroidered well, but I'm not happy with the design I resized - I'm still leanring - the stitches are too long, and the outline is far from the teddy.

I found a stitchout at http://www.stitchandaprayer.com/FreeStuff.html for pull compensation and thought I'd stitch it out.
